I’m a passionate lecturer, intercultural communication trainer and project manager of Polish origin with living and working experience in Germany and Switzerland. I speak fluent Polish, English, German and French.
I started my career as a business consultant and worked then as a project manager and trainer in various IT projects, where I proved my analytical and organisational skills. The sectors I have worked in include telecommunications, energy, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) and aviation.
With an Executive Master’s degree in Intercultural Communication from the University of Lugano (USI), I have used well-known frameworks in my university teaching and workshop facilitation to solve management challenges of global intercultural teams in virtual, hybrid and F2F environments.
My motto is: “All progress takes place outside the comfort zone” (M. Bobak), believing strongly in the human capacity for transformation and change when truly embraced.
