Raised in Japan, where I built two businesses. Led, transitioned, and started over across France, Japan, and North America.

An MBA from McGill grounds my coaching in the commercial realities my clients navigate. My Master Coach Level 2 certification (ICF-accredited) reflects a sustained commitment to the craft. As an NLP Master Practitioner, I bring precise tools for the inner work cross-cultural leadership demands.

Credentials alone do not coach anyone. I offer an integration: Women-Centered Coaching (WCCM), Cultural Intelligence, and NLP — one rigorous, practical system for leaders whose careers refuse to stay within a single border, language, or version of themselves.
