On a trip to visit his daughter and grandchildren in Chile, Philip had the good fortune to meet Tsengelmaa, one of the 4 resident Mongolians in Chile. Irina leapt at the opportunity to meet with her and learn about the experience of living and working with Chileans for someone born in Mongolia and largely educated in China.
