Currently works as Cross-Cultural Consultant, Trainer and Coach at Richard Lewis Communications (RLC) as well as Centre Director of RLC’s residential training centre, Riversdown House in Hampshire.

• Before beginning her role at RLC, she spent many years working at a number of Japanese private companies and governmental bodies including the Embassy of Japan in London, for which she edited a Newsletter for 10 years, as well as the Japan Foundation.

• Previous experience of research, editorial work and project management. Key skills include coordinating and managing complex projects to a high standard and within agreed timeframes, both individually and as part of a team.

• Keen attention to detail combined with a clear vision and strategic awareness.

• Strong cross-cultural and linguistic background and understanding, having grown up in Japan and travelled extensively. Fluent speaker of Japanese and Spanish.
