Culture shapes how people build trust, communicate expectations, make decisions, manage risk, and collaborate across borders.

I am the founder of TrainingCQ, the creator of the BRIDGE Flow Model™, and the author of Reading the Room Across Borders, a practical guide for leaders, managers, and teams operating across cultures.

For more than twenty-five years, I have helped organizations navigate the human side of global business. My work spans the United States, Europe, Asia, Israel, and the Middle East.

My focus is not simply on understanding cultural differences. It is on knowing how to respond to them in real-world business situations.

Through TrainingCQ, I help leaders, managers, and multicultural teams strengthen:
► Cross-cultural communication and collaboration
► Trust and relationship-building across markets
► Leadership and decision-making in global environments
► Alignment within virtual and hybrid teams
► Cultural agility during international growth and expansion

I also work with startups and scaleups entering new markets, helping founders and leadership teams understand how trust is built, how communication is interpreted, how decisions are made, and how expectations differ across cultures. This helps them strengthen stakeholder relationships, adapt their leadership approach, and avoid cultural missteps that can slow growth.

I developed the BRIDGE Flow Model™ to help organizations identify cultural friction across six interconnected areas: Building Relationships, Risk Taking, Interactions, Decision Making, Group Dynamics, and Engagement.
Unlike models that present culture as a fixed set of national characteristics, BRIDGE reflects the fluid nature of real-world global work. It helps teams read situations, recognize cultural signals, and adapt without losing their professional identity.

My professional background includes developing intercultural programs at the U.S. Embassy in Israel and collaborating with the U.S. Navy, the Weizmann Institute of Science, the Technion, The College of Management, and organizations across technology, healthcare, pharma, defense, cybersecurity, manufacturing, government, education, and professional services.

I believe cultural agility is a business capability that directly affects trust, execution, collaboration, and results.
My motto: Culture is the bridge between business and society.
