I help organizations build bridges, not silos — across leadership, markets, and cultures.
With over 20 years of experience in business consulting in areas of business development, cross-cultural communication, management and sustainability, I work at the intersection of strategy, leadership development, and organizational transformation. My background spans international management, higher education, and corporate consulting, with projects delivered across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Africa.
Having lived and worked in Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, I bring a practitioner’s understanding of global complexity, enabling organizations to operate effectively across cultural, institutional, and stakeholder boundaries.
I support leaders and organizations in:
– navigating complexity and ambiguity in global environments,
– strengthening leadership alignment and decision-making,
– responsibility and sustainability into strategy, building culturally intelligent, high-performing teams.
Currently completing a PhD in Management at University of Economics and Business (Prague) where my research focuses on Responsible Global Leadership — examining how leaders navigate ethical complexity, cultural diversity, strategic pressure in global contexts.
My work bridges data analysis and practical application, translating research insights into actionable frameworks for organizations. At Jagiellonian University, delivering courses in:E-Entrepreneurship
Mobile Technologies
For over 17 years, I have worked with leading multinational organizations, delivering executive training, leadership development, and strategic advisory. As a trainer with ICU Group (Germany) since 2007, I have supported senior leaders in organizations such as:
Deutsche Telekom, Metro Group, Makro Cash & Carry, and Bertelsmann.
As a Senior Facilitator for Cultural Awareness International (USA)/Enquire AI(USA) since 2024, for global corporations: Philip Morris.
My broader consulting portfolio includes projects with:Microsoft, Shell, Samsung, Estée Lauder, ArcelorMittal, Hitachi, Orange, ING, T-Mobile, Skanska, PKO, Sanofi, Baker McKenzie, LOT, the Chancellery of the President of Poland and national ministries.
Over the years, I have collaborated with organisations and professionals across nearly 50 countries. This has shaped my approach to leadership— as an evolving process of sensemaking, adaptation, and responsibility in diverse environments.
