I founded Intercultural Alliances (ICA) in 2002 to equip leaders, teams, and organizations with the mindset, knowledge, and skills needed to work effectively across cultural boundaries. For more than two decades, I have designed and delivered customized programs on five continents and in three languages, partnering with Fortune 500 companies, SMEs, universities, government agencies, and international organizations.

Raised in a bicultural family, having lived in six countries, and having worked or traveled across nearly 50 countries on five continents, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight to navigating cultural differences.
