As an experienced educator, researcher, and facilitator, I am passionate about fostering intercultural understanding, global engagement, and inclusive leadership. With over a decade of experience in higher education, my work bridges academic rigor with applied practices to help individuals and organizations navigate cultural complexity.

Currently, I am expanding the boundaries of educational equity and leadership as a Doctor of Education (EdD) student in Educational Leadership at the University of Saskatchewan. My commitment to practical, impactful innovation is reflected in my current Mitacs internship, where I design social-emotional learning curriculum for a Saskatchewan-based startup dedicated to elementary education.

I am also the founder of Little Bird Intercultural, a narrative-based training and consulting service. As a passionate UNESCO Story Circles Facilitator and a licensed Beliefs, Events, and Values Inventory (BEVI) Administrator, I bring evidence-based, innovative tools to teams looking to thrive in an interconnected world.

My work is deeply rooted in community, collaboration, and equity. Whether designing Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) projects, facilitating transformative workshops, or conducting qualitative research, such as my work supported by the Government of Canada Faculty Mobility Partnership Building grant, my mission remains the same: to connect people and ideas across boundaries.
