Yasmin has worked with the NHS since 2014 and is currently Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion and Culture Change at NHS Thames Valley Integrated Care Board

She is skilled at providing customer-focused solutions aimed at improving outcomes for employees, staff and communities.
Yasmin actively participated in supporting NEL CSU’s merger with NHS South East CSU. This included providing specialist diversity advice to clinical commissioning groups, enabling them to be more effective as employers and commissioners of health services.
She is also an expert in undertaking diagnostics, benchmarking, employee and public engagement, executive coaching, leadership development, staff management and performance improvement.
She has project managed key service and workforce reviews, involving service users, commissioners, providers and the public, initiated peer assessments between Clinical Commissioning Groups and helped organisations continuously improve in delivering the best possible outcomes for people – as employers and service providers.
