Originally from Russia and currently based in Colombia, she has built an international career spanning Latin America, the Caribbean, the Middle East, Asia, Eastern Europe, Russia, and the United States. Having lived in five countries and working in English, Spanish, and Russian, Alexandra combines professional expertise with firsthand experience of navigating cultural transitions, identity shifts, and building a meaningful life across cultures.
Through her coaching practice, Alexandra works 1:1 with leaders, expatriates, entrepreneurs, and professionals from more than 35 countries, helping them navigate complexity, cultural transitions, high-stakes decisions, and periods of personal and professional change with greater clarity, confidence, and cultural intelligence.
Alongside her individual coaching, Alexandra partners with organizations as an Organizational Development and Cross-Cultural Consultant. With 15 years of experience in Talent, Human Resources, Leadership Development, and Organizational Development, she advises multinational organizations, startups, NGOs, and international organizations on leadership development, organizational culture, talent management, cross-cultural collaboration, and cultural transformation. She also designs and facilitates leadership development programs and teaches and mentors professional coaches through internationally accredited coaching programs.
