My perspective is shaped by academic experience in the U.S., professional experience within a European organization, and direct coaching and facilitation work with leaders across China, US, Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Drawing on cross-cultural leadership, organizational development, psychology, and workplace wellbeing, I also integrate AI into selected programs to personalize learning, deepen reflection, strengthen communication practice, and support workplace application.
