Christine grew up in a border town in Ireland. Having lived in 5 countries and represented employers on 5 continents as a lecturer, speaker and recruiter, she shifts cultural gear swiftly.

No stranger to life’s happenings, Christine has faced challenges many would not wish on their worst enemies. Burnout, linguistic bias, narcissistic abuse, and immune system crashes have all tried to knock her down. Instead of falling, she decided to stand – on the TEDx stage, encouraging people to share their stories as experiences, helping others find the courage to share theirs. A public-speaking and English pronunciation expert turned mental health coach and podcast host, Christine weaves experience and information into compelling presentations to shift thinking and ignite action. She incorporates “The Lewis Model” into her training, blending it with other methodologies and tools.

As a founding member of ELT Ireland and Feis Dun Dealgan co-organiser, Christine has run large-scale events and worked for education powerhouses such as Kaplan International, EC English and Dublin City University. Representing Dundalk Institute of Technology, she showcased Ireland in 13 Chinese provinces and across Malaysia, whilst lecturing in English and Western Culture at Beijing International Studies University. Her Master’s thesis – “Factors Influencing Immigrant Entrepreneurship in Ireland,” was selected for presentation at the Irish Academy of Management, 2015.
